Jump Start and SD Needs Based Scholarship Rosters

Overview

This service allows the college/university to submit student rosters information for both the Jump Start and the Needs Based scholarship.  College/University will need to submit a separate roster for each.  Therefore, they should submit two different forms.  

Jump Start Due Date: 

The approved institutions shall submit to the Board of Regents the names of all eligible students by 10/1 for the Fall semester and by 2/25 for the Spring semester, and once the eligibility of each student is verified, the executive director of the Board of Regents shall distribute the funds.

Needs Based Scholarship Due Date:

The approved institutions shall submit to the Board of Regents the names of all eligible students by census (typically 10 days after the start of term) for the Fall semester and by census (typically 10 days after the start of term) for the Spring semester, and once the eligibility of each student is verified, the executive director of the Board of Regents shall distribute the funds.
