Reduced Tuition for Eligible Educators
Reduced tuition originated for certified South Dakota teachers who due to their position were required as a condition of employment, administrative rule, or state law to take continuing education. The current law provides that Head Start Teachers, K-12 Teachers, Vocational Instructors, and School Counselors may request reduced tuition.

University verifies teaching certificate type and status with DOE’s database
