Eligibility Checks and Award Reporting

 

 

To begin, log into scholarship manager and click the [ACTIONS] button and [AWARD CANDIDATES] to access the list of students awarded at your campus. 

Click the committee name again to enter the scholarship committee. 

Below is the landing page once the scholarship opens.   This scholarship funding and award limits is irrelevant - we simply need to have something listed here. 

Click the [CANDIDATES] tab to see a list of candidates 

 

 

The candidate list will provide most of your information for all the students.  

Example: Student 10 - this student has completed his A&P Note and, as a new student, does not need an eligibility check. His [D.001 Status] is "AWARD" and is therefore showing a funding amount of 5031 in column [D.2480 - FA24 Funding" and Term 1 in [D.2480 - FA24 Term.

 

To complete the eligibility check for a student, click the student's name. 

Once you have completed a student's evaluation, you can click one of the "Starred" save buttons to proceed to the desired student or location. 

 

When the Student eligibility checks are complete, BOR Staff will update the student information in the table - if the student has been deemed eligible by the campus and has completed the Acceptance and Promissory Note - the student will be awarded.
