Enroll in Electronic W-2 and 1095-C

To consent to an electronic W-2 and electronic 1095-C form: 

  1. Log into SNAP with your institutional email address and password.
  2. Click Employee
  3. Below Employment Details, click Employee Self-Service
  4. Click Tax Forms
  5. Click Electronic W2 Consent
  6. Select what you would like to receive electronically
